Before you start
Open the approved product facts, the price and the offer list. If a claim is not on that list, it does not go live, however well it reads.
The ten-minute pass
- Claims: every number, percentage, comparison and guarantee appears on the approved list. Yes or no.
- Names: product, place and people names match the brand sheet, spelled the same way.
- Offer: price, discount, dates and shipping terms match the landing page as it is today.
- Landing match: the promise in the headline appears on the page within the first screen.
- Tone: no urgency or fear the brand has never used, and no hype words the brand avoids.
- Legal lines: required disclaimers, return terms and restricted words for the category are present.
- Images: no invented product features, and no people who look like real customers without a release.
Record the result
- Mark each draft approved, changed or rejected, with the reviewer's name and the date.
- Anything you cannot verify is rejected. It is not fixed by guesswork.
